All sales are final. There are no refunds on services rendered. Procedures already paid for may be substituted for other procedures in special circumstances; they cannot be substituted for products.

Because of the nature of products we retail, to be exchanged they must be returned unopened, untampered and unused within 24 hours of purchase. Payments on promotional/discount products and services are final.
