Bookings for New and Existing Clients

We are happy to inform You that bookings are made easier as you can now book your own appointment online 24/7!

All you need do is choose a day and time convenient for you. Please ensure all your booking details are correct and up to date (including your phone number and email address).

 All new clients will start their journey with a consultation hence only book a consultation. If you book other procedures, you will be asked to have a consultation appointment on arrival. Existing clients are to select the procedure as recommended by their aesthetician or doctor.

Payment

To secure your appointment slot, each client must make either full payment for their procedure or a deposit payment of ₦10,000 for existing clients to secure reservation in which the deposits will go toward your procedure.

Full payment is made for consultation appointment . A flutter-wave, paystack link, and account details is provided in the confirmation page and Email.

Kindly Note that payment confirms booking and needs to be made within 24 hours of slot reservation. ALL FEES PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Day of Appointment

Kindly come in without any makeup on your face. If coming for Laser Hair Removal – Kindly ensure you trim your hair at least 2 days before your appointment.

 In our bid to serve you better, kindly ensure to arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment for clinical procedures.

Progress photos would be taken prior to your treatment. Covid Precaution is included in the confirmation email.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. All fees will be forfeited if you reschedule after 48 hours.
